Our family has two rental properties now mananged by Ham Kerr. My son initially listed his apartment. The team at Ham Kerr were quick to list and have an open and subsequently apartment was leased within 3 days. My own property was brought over from another agent after several issues and I found Ham Kerr was right on the ball. They are contactable and very proactive. I have had my two Melbourne properties leased via Ham Kerr for a number of years now, after a terrible experience with another agency, where one of my properties was very badly looked after and suffered a lot of damage.

Tanya has been great to work with and very thorough, responsive and helpful. We have had to work through finding new tenants for both my properties, which have both been great and where we found new tenants very quickly.
