Michael Katsaris

Michael Katsaris, CEA (REIV) Director, Licensed Estate Agent

Michael’s career in real estate began in the residential sector in 1984.  After expanding into commercial property and development work, Michael opened his own company Bellbird Real Estate in Blackburn.  In July 2005, Michael and his wife Franca bought Ham Kerr & Company and later when he bought out his partner and became the sole director, changed the name to Ham Kerr Property.  Michael has over 27 years experience in real estate and prides himself on his relationships with his clients, always considering their best interest and welfare. A number of the company’s overseas landlords have given Michael power of attorney for all their real estate affairs. In recent years Michael has concentrated on investment sales, property acquisitions and development for individual clients and joint venture arrangements.

 


 

Franka Katsaris

Franca Katsaris, CAR(REIV) Office/Property Manager

Franca brings over 15 years Property Management experience to Ham Kerr Property and her extensive knowledge of technology, accounting, systems and procedures has seen her streamline our  office’s method of operation.  Franca’s attention to detail and her exacting nature make her a valuable resource to the business.  She works tirelessly to ensure and maintain quality control and consistency in our professional services. Franca is an interior designer by trade and provides our landlords/vendors with property presentation advice to assist them in preparing their optimum property for sale or lease.  Confidence, knowledge and efficiency lend themselves to Franca who regularly builds a strong rapport with her clients.

 


  

David Ham,  BCom BEd BA FCPA AREI AIMM, Licensed Estate Agent, Auctioneer 

David Ham commenced his Real Estate career at RMIT University as the Coordinator of the Real Estate Licensing Course and has taught and trained some of Melbourne's top performing estate agents.  Together with his wife, Suellen Ham (also sought after trainer here as well as overseas and a real estate agent for over 30years), he ventured into his own business and was the original owner of Ham Kerr & Company for ten years.  We still have the honor of working with David who works closely with Michael and brings a wealth of professional knowledge  and over twenty years of auctioneering experience to benefit his clients in this marketplace.  He has an established reputation in the Balwyn & surrounding areas for his integrity and market knowledge.  David is a true gentleman in every sense of the word.

 


 

Marita

Marita Frazer, Property Manager

Marita’s experience in the industry spans 19 years, and her dedication to providing outstanding service to clients has resulted in the development of a busy, vibrant Property Management Department at Ham Kerr Property. 
Her long standing commitment to this company has seen Marita built long lasting relationships with our landlords who appreciate her empathy, dedication and loyalty in looking after their needs.
Marita is a very well respected Property Manager and a highly effective business generator, with much of her new business arising from personal referrals, a result of Marita’s impeccable service record, knowledge and professionalism.

Diana

Diana De Luca, Accounts Administration / Body Corporate Manager

Diana De Luca has worked as a professional Bookkeeper, in various accounting practices and running her own bookkeeping business from home.  
Diana brings a wealth of accounting experience to Ham Kerr Property, where we believe that the accounting functions of any business on behalf of clients, directly impacts on the successful management and sale of client's properties.
Diana manages our trust accounting department on a full time basis, including the management of numerous body corporates and assists our Director, Michael Katsaris, with the general administration of our commercial property portfolio.
Diana's methodical and consistent approach to her work sees the best outcomes for our clients with respect to the management of Trust monies, received, held and disbursed on their behalf.
Diana’s easygoing manner ensures Ham Kerr Property clients feel at home and are well looked after. Open and honest communication is the key to her success.


 

Yvonne

Katie Hope, Assistant Property Manager

Katie Hope has proved to be an important team member, she is conscientious, efficient, is able to concentrate on the task at hand, and is focused and competitive in leasing oproperties.  Katie demonstrates strengths that would normally be expected from a more mature person.  Property Management work can be testing on the most patient of people and Katie's pleasant and calm nature is appreciated by our landlords and tenants alike.  Katie looks forward to speaking with you and offering assistance. 

  

 


 

Natasha Hubel, Receptionist

Natasha rejoined our company in July 2010 as our fulltime receptionist, after having spent some time looking after her daughter and working part time.

Natasha was with us previously for 4 years and is a very dedicated and important team member who is very committed to her work.  Working at reception she is highly organized, efficient and professional, gaining a thorough and valuable incite into all aspects of assisting and supporting, the day to day running of our busy property management and sales department.  Her caring and sincere nature, afford her an easy going approach and her willingness to help, puts our customers and colleagues at ease.

Natasha believes in listening and doing the very best for our clients at all times.

 


 

FilippaFilippa Ardolic, Business Development
